These Terms and Conditions shall apply for the sale of products or services by Home of Eve.

The information contained in this website is for general information purposes only. The information is provided by Home of Eve and whilst endeavour to keep the information up-to-date and correct. Home of Eve makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at the customer's risk.

This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to Home of Eve. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice. All trademarks re-produced in this website which are not the property of or licensed to Home of Eve, are acknowledged on this website. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any or all of the materials published on this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

In order to purchase products or services on Home of Eve's website, the customer must confirm their acceptance of all terms and conditions.

An individual may not purchase products or services on the website and may not accept the terms and conditions if the individual is not 18 years old or under applicable legislation applying in the country where the customer is residing.

Home of Eve is committed to the protection of personal information, understanding that visitors and users of this website are concerned about privacy, the confidentiality and security of any information that is provided.

Home of Eve reserves the right to refuse any order if it believes that it is fraudulent or suspicious in nature.

All information received through forms is treated with strict confidence. Home of Eve will only use such information collected for the purpose for which it was supplied for and such information will not be disclosed to any third party unless required by law.

Bespoke jewellery is available at all times. Start with contacting Home of Eve and have our designer design your dream piece. Bridal jewellery can be bought via the
homepage. Collection jewellery can be bought from Home of Eve's dedicated stockists or via the homepage. Couture jewellery can be bought via the homepage

If applicable, the customer is responsible to pay all country local fees or custom duties.

Each item is individually packaged with care and comes with a beautiful Home of Eve jewellery box and the customer can also choose to have a gift card included with a personal message for the recipient.

Home of Eve will arrange for the products to be delivered to the address as indicated in the order. Our preferred freight forwarder is FedEx and deliveries take between 2-4 days, with the below destination charges for Collection and Bespoke jewellery. Destination charges for Bridal and Couture jewellery are always free of charge.

  • Sweden, order ships for 10 EUR

  • United Arab Emirates, order ships for 10 EUR

  • Europe, order ships for 20 EUR

  • Rest of the World, order ships for 40 EUR

Home of Eve cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date but guarantee that unless there are exceptional circumstances, all deliveries of products will be dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. Delivery dates are subject to change based on the custom and duty regulations of the destination country.

All international shipments are subject to inspections by the customs authorities of the relative country of import. For all international orders purchased online, the customer is responsible to comply with laws and regulations for import of the merchandise ordered into the destination country. Any customs fees, import duties, taxes and any other charges will have to be borne by the customer. Home of Eve has no control over these charges and cannot provide any estimates at the time of your purchase.

Product(s) is/are defective if the product(s) deviates from what is set forth in the order or in any respect deviates from the customer's legitimate expectations based upon information provided by Home of Eve. Unless otherwise provided for in this agreement, the products shall be fit for the purpose for which products of a similar kind are generally used, and possess the characteristics.

The product shall also be deemed to be defective if Home of Eve, prior to the sale, failed to inform the customer of a matter relating to the characteristics or use of the product of which Home of Eve was aware or should have been aware and about which the customer could reasonably expect to be informed, provided that such failure can be presumed to have influenced the purchase.

If the product(s) is/are defective, the customer has the right to claim repair, re-delivery, price reduction or compensation to rectify the defect, withhold payment, or, if the defect is of major importance to the customer, cancel the order.

Home of Eve has primarily the right to offer repair or re-delivery if it can be made within reasonable time and without any additional costs for the customer. Home of Eve is only responsible for original defects, which means that the defect existed prior to the time the product was purchased or delivered. Within a limit of three (3) months, the defective product is considered to be an original defect, which must be remedied by Home of Eve, free of charge, unless Home of Eve can prove that the defect was not present at the time of the sale. After the three (3) months period, the customer must prove that the product had the original defect at the delivery.

The customer shall contact Home of Eve direct via info@homeofeve.com and attach a copy of the receipt.

At Home of Eve, we assist and guide our customers through the purchase process at every step and make a conscious effort to ensure all product details, prices and images are updated to give the most excellent buying experience.

Custom made jewellery are not possible to return/exchange or refund as these have passed through our very detailed custom made jewellery process and the final approval will be given based on the design as agreed between Home of Eve and the customer.

Home of Eve gives all customers 7 days exchange policy possibility on all products from our online store and at dedicated distributors. Jewellery can be exchanged only once if not satisfied with the initial purchase made. Exchange of jewellery is acceptable, only upon presentation of the original sales invoice with the initial purchase made and proof that the jewellery has not been worn.

The return/exchange does not apply to jewellery that was made to order (Bespoke). All exchange and refunds are valid for purchases made at www.homeofeve.com or direct with physical Home of Eve employees, not at any third party. Items that have been worn, damaged, resized, scratched or altered in any way will not be acceptable for exchange.

Prices for products are quoted on Home of Eve's website and it is always possible that some of the prices on the website may be incorrect. Home of Eve will verify prices as part of the sale procedure to ensure products are correctly priced.

In addition to the price of the products, the customer may have to pay a delivery charge, which will be as stated upon payment confirmation of the product. Please note, duties and taxes incurred at the point of entry to the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment must be made upon the submission of the order. Home of Eve will withhold the products and not issue any contract between parties until full payment is received from the customer. The prices on the website include all value added taxes.

The payment for all products purchased direct from Home of Eve must be made via bank transfer.

Prices for products are liable to change at any time. Changes will not affect contracts which have already come into force.

Home of Eve has its HQ and Production in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, but also has an office in Stockholm, Sweden.

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under an agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including, but not limited to, any act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man made eventuality outside of Home of Eve's control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen.

Any party affected by such events shall forthwith inform the other party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions of any agreement contained herein.

Nothing in these terms of sale affects the customer's statutory rights, including the right to receive a refund in respect of any defective products sold by Home of Eve.

These Terms and Conditions are according to the law in the United Arab Emirates.
